16 Post for B.Sc(Nursing) Degree holders and 4 posts for diploma holders
Eligibility: B.Sc.(Nursing) or 'A' grade Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery.
Experience: One year's experience in a reputed hospital having minimum 250 beds.
Age: Max 30 years as on 01-09-2009
Training Period: Two years. During this period a consolidated stipend of Rs. 7500/- per Month will be paid during 1st year and Rs. 8500/- per month during 2nd year.
Sex: Male/Female
Note:
* Posts reserved for Ex-Serviceman and Physical Handicapped will be on Horizontal basis.
* In case of Physically Handicapped candidates the posts are reserved for Orthopaedically Handicapped(One leg affected) with minimum 40% disability.
General Conditions:
1. The above posts carry benefits such as CPF, Gratuity, Industrial DA, Dearness Pay, Conveyance Allowance, Free medical facility, LTC/LLTC etc as admissible and as per the rules of the company.
2. Candidates not fulfilling the above requirements need not apply.
3. the date, time and place of the selections process will be intimated later on.
4. The candidates employed in Govt. Department/PSU bodies must produce NOC at the time of interview in case the candidate fails to produce the certificate his/her candidature will not be considered.
5. Attested/Self Attested Photocopies of all academic and professional Qualification, proof of date of Birth . Caste Certificate issued by a Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tehsildar, attested photograph should be at tached along with the application. The experience certificate must indicate the no. of beds in the reputed institute/hospital of experience. Applications not accompanied with attested copies of certificates and photograph will be rejected. All certificates should be either in hindi or English only.
6. For claiming the benefit admissible to PWDs under the Act, candidates are required to produce disability certificate issued by the Medical Board duly constituted by the State Govt./Central Govt. as per the provisions of persons with Disabilities Act. 1995. They have to satisfy the relaxed Physical Standard required for the posts. In case the candidate fails to produce the certificate in the prescribed format issued by competent authority, his/her candidature will not be considered.
7. Upper age limit is further relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC candidates with respect to posts reserved for them. Upper age is relaxable by 10 years for physically challenged candidates, Cumulative age relaxation is avilable for those physically challenged candidates who belong to sc/st/obc category. Age relaxation. for ex-servicemen as per govt directives.
8. SAIL/BSP reserves the right to raise the minimum eligibility standards and/ or relax age, experience criteria in otherwise suitable case, The Management reserves the rights to fill or not to fill all or any of the above positions without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
