PG Indira Gandhi Scholarship for Single Girl Child for Academic session 2009-11

The Ministry of Human Resource Development(HRD), had introduced you, from the year 2005-06 Post-Graduate Indira Gandhi Scholarship for single girl child with purpose of supporting higher education through scholarship.

Eligibility:
Only single girl having parents is eligible under the scheme. They has taken admission in first year of a Master's degree programmes in any recognized university that is 2009-10.

Scholarship Rate: Rs. 2000 Per Month
Duration of Scholarship:2years( 10 Scholarship in year)

Conditions for Others
In other condition , this scheme is for non-professional courses only at P.G. Level.This is only whose are already take the admission in regular from any recognized University.
Distance type of any education has not covered.

You have to submitted the certificate of completion of the PG Course for getting this scheme.

You have to submitted the affidavit of Rs. 50/- from SDM or any first class magistrate of Gazetted Officers to confirming that she has only one child in her family without having any brother of sister.

How To Apply:

(a) Application form should fill up in prescribed format.
(b) All the educational xerox copy with attested any gazetted officers.

The Application may be submitted to Mr. Satish Ahuja, Under Secretary (SRIII), University Grants Commission, Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg, New Delhi- 110002.

Form should be submitted within 30 days from the date of publication.

The incomplete form will not be accepted and the web-site will remain open for submission of applications.
